How much does it cost?

How do I start a session?
You can either book a 15-minute scheduled session (call or chat) at a time that works for you, or use Instant Connect to call a consultant who's online right now. Just make sure you have enough wallet balance before starting.
Are the consultants really from top B-schools?
Yes. Every consultant goes through a verification process before being listed. We verify their college enrollment, student ID, and academic credentials. Only current students or recent graduates from top 20 B-schools are approved.
What if a consultant doesn't show up?
If a consultant doesn't join within 5 minutes of the session start time, the session is marked as a no-show and you receive a 100% refund to your in-app wallet instantly.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Cancel before the deadline (2 hours before session) for a 100% refund. Consultant cancels or no-shows — 100% refund. All refunds are instant to your in-app wallet.
What payment methods are supported?
